isabel was sound asleep when i arrived home from work this evening so the two smallest littles and i baked and decorated halloween cookies. violet especially enjoyed watching the mixer.

Pre-Halloween Trick or Treating

saturday morning we hit downtown lee's summit for the trick or treating event followed by some more trick or treating at summit fair. the littles were dressed as merida, captain america, and the traditional skunk. violet got a ton of compliments that sounded just like this... look how cute HE is!!

an evening in the park

it was a beautiful October day in kansas city... can you tell by Isabel's tank top and shorts! after school i picked up the kids and we headed to waterfall park. the kids love climbing the gigantic rock running through the leaves, and feeding the ducks.
