my sister can be kind of picky when it comes to me playing in her room. most of the time she takes toys away from me, but not today! that's right, i know when my sister is not home and i head straight to her room. this morning i played in her closet, crawled around on her floor, and even looked out her window. what she doesn't know won't hurt her!

we had an awesome halloween with our friends the cusick's, the ritter's, and the sexton's. we hooked up a wagon to daddy's 4wheeler and went trick or treating while the sexton's stayed warm by the fire pit and handed out candy. the best part of the night was daddy's carne asada... yummy!

Sleeping Booty

yes, you read that right! isabel has renamed sleeping beauty... the teacher in me doesn't want to encourage her to  pronounce it wrong but the mom in me finds it adorable. in case you didn't know isabel has a passion for disney princesses. while walking through target she put every item in our cart that had a princess. we had a fishing pole, tackle box, and scooter!

EiGhT mOnThS...

time sure flies when you see the world the way i do. crawling around the floor gives me an interesting perspective on my world... for one, everything is so much bigger than i am! the best thing about being mobile is watching mom and dad. they put me down in my room and i immediately take off down the hall just so i can watch them chase after me. i've also become adventurous and head right for isabel's toys. sometimes she shares with me and other times she's not too fond of me invading her territory.

this past month i've become an expert about pulling myself up and walking a bit. for some reason mom and dad haven't encouraged me start walking... i can't imagine why. i wonder what new experiences this next month will bring me?
