jaxon's 3 year checkup...
Our big guy is 38 inches tall and in the 64th percentile... Drumroll please, 36 pounds and in the 86th percentile! That's almost 1 pound per inch. Apparently he's trying to be like his grandpa and papa in the race for who looks the most pregnant. The good news is that he'll be able to ride several things at Disney that he didn't get to do last time, maybe we can put him in princess shoes to add a coupls of inches?

aladdin the musical
this evening we went to see aladdin the musical at the kauffman enter with grandma harness. the building was absolutely amazing and the musical was fantastic.
Four Months Old
time certainly does fly when you have 3 children! violet is: almost sleeping through the night, sitting in the bumbo seat, cooing and squealing, smiling at her family, and rolling over!! in february she has gone to her first musical, been to her first birthday party, rolled over for the first time, gotten her very first valentine's day card (thank you Dr. Bigby), and started bouncing in the jonny jumper!
big bro jax
jaxon absolutely loves being a big bro! he's a little rough with violet but is constantly covering her in kisses... such a little lover.
our favorite pastime
wintertime is the perfect time of year for hours in the bathtub and they absolutely love it!
just horsin' around
when i first became a mom i always thought that my kids would ride horses just like i did. strangely enough, i think that isabel has been on a horse once or twice and jaxon still hasn't. despite our typical GAP style they both looked utterly adorable in daddy's straw hat!
the beard
today is finally the day, the day when my handsome husband will return! of course, shaving the beard meant that he had to take pictures with our children.
bumbo time for violet
i can hardly believe that out littlest lopez is already lounging in the bumbo seat. we've also gotten the johnny jumper out this week and she is having a blast.

our taste tasting adventurers apparently love peppers... hmm, i wonder where that comes from?
