isabel starts summer school kindergarten!

how in the world did this happen? i have a 5 year old who is in summer school... i'm going to look up again and she's going to be getting married to her very own prince charming at disney world. maybe i shouldn't encourage the wedding at disney world since hector and i will be footing the bill.

yesterday as i was updating the blog and music was playing in the background i noticed something out of the corner of my eye... violet was dancing! that's right folks, she has her father's rhythm (thank goodness) and was bopping her head to the beat of the music. i fall in love with my littlest gal more and more every single day.

Disney Unveiling

my cousin, Emily Anne Ferbezar, and I  have been working on the BIG disney reveal! she is compiling clues for the scavenger hunt that we will do the morning of the trip and i just created the video message revealing their surprise.

it's a little long, but it's my first attempt at making a movie. i think that they're going to LOVE IT!!!

i have been having way too much fun searching etsy for outfit ideas for the gals. you name it, i've searched it... or at this point, bought it. daddyo might have a meltdown when all of the etsy packages begin arriving. but, after today's purchasing and the orders that have been placed with Shannon Harris i think that we are good to go!

first pool trip of the summer!

grandma and grandpa came over this afternoon and we all headed to the pool. unfortunately, violet is still running a temp so she and daddy sued home in the ac. i was surprised that isabel had absolutely no fear of the water and quickly had on her life jacket and was jumping in the pool! jaxon loved the water as well, but was more content to play with all of the toys. they both had a blast spraying grandpa with their water guns!

summer vacation day 4... Disney Training Session 3

we visited powell gardens this afternoon and had fun exploring the forts and fairy houses exhibit. there were some amazingly intricate fairy houses that were ridiculously small! outdoors they had forts, fairy houses, and shipwreck that you could go into. of course, the kids' favorite aspect of powell gardens is being able to play in the fountains!

Summer Vacation Day 2... Disney training Session Day 2

friday afternoon we headed out to deanna rose to visit the farm animals. i've decided that we need to be out in the heat of the day and walking in order to gear up for disney... stay tuned for many more disney training sessions!

we started our afternoon at deanna rose with a picnic lunch at the playground. the kids were thrilled to eat lunchables. jaxon's exact words were " mommy, i wuv wunchables!" so cute.

after lunch both the kids took turns leading the way to their favorite farm attractions! violet was running a bit of a temperature and was content to hang it in the shade of her stroller.

after some fun in the flower garden we headed over to orange leaf to enjoy some frozen yogurt. the great thing about orange leaf is that it is right across the street from the blue moose and daddy was able to join us!
