disneyworld day 1

we started our first full day at disney with an early morning wake-up from the mini van… hector had rolled over on the keys and set off the alarm! we were all packed and ready to hit the polynesian by 8 am. we were able to check into the hotel, drop off all of our luggage, and hop onto the monorail all by 10 am. my favorite part of driving to disney was being able to get started super early on your first day and stay all day on your last. the polynesian resort was under construction during our trip but still stunning. 

day 1 of disney was spent at epcot visiting the different lands and taking in all of the magic of disney. illuminations was absolutely amazing and a definite must. after closing down epcot, hector convinced me to head on over to the magic kingdom and finish our night. we made it back to the polynesian around 2 am. day 1=success!

Disney World Road Trippin

we were beyond excited to get another opportunity to head to disneyworld this summer! we did things a little different this year and decided to save some $$ and drive to florida. road tripping across the country with 3 mini's takes some serious planning and i spent weeks planning for it. we spent 2 days on the road before arriving at Disney's Fort Wilderness Campground. i really didn't want to lose any park days, so we stayed at fort wilderness the night before our reservation at the polynesian began. if you've never been to fort wilderness, you absolutely must check it out. the grounds are absolutely gorg and the mini's had a blast.

after setting up our tent and swimming we went to the campfire sing-a-long with chip and dale. the mini's roasted marshmallows, made smokes, and danced with Chip and Dale. such a great start to our disney vacation!

T-Ball Awards

jax had a great season of t-ball and can't wait to play again next year! they ended their season with pizza at pizza street, so much fun!
