on friday isabel had her very first doctor's visit to see dr. phillips. this was a hard transition because isabel and jason both went to dr. mcintyre and we all know how attached i get to people. but, dr. phillips was amazing and hector and i both really liked him. violet was already back up to 8 pounds 12 ounces and only 4 ounces from her birth weight... apparently all of that breastfeeding is paying off! violet looked so well at her appointment that she doesn't need to go back until december.
