cheyenne's rodeo

this afternoon we stopped by a youth rodeo in oak grove to watch my niece cheyenne ride. it seems as if it were a lifetime ago that i was running barrels and poles, i was fearless back then. now i'm the mom who was a nervous wreck when 2 of my children insisted on getting on taro with cheyenne. i'm not sure why i'm such a chicken now... i remember being pregnant with isabel and thinking that she would definitely be a little rodeo girl. she's 5 years old and i think she's been on a horse about 5 times, it freaks this momma out! needless to say isabel and jaxon both loved it. cheyenne did a awesome job placing fourth in barrels and 5th in poles... way to go chey!
