Christmas in Branson

we spent a lovely weekend at a condo in branson with my mom and the littles. it was so nice to slip away and relax and enjoy all of the beauty of an ozark christmas, this will definitely be a new christmas tradition in our house.

we grabbed a quick bite to eat at a not so yummy mexican restaurant in branson before settling in at the turnipseeds for the night.

the kids were bright eyed and bushy tailed at 6:00 am Saturday morning! daddy fixed us a yummy pancake breakfast so that we could be fueled for our day at silver dollar city. i'm not even going to tell you about our parking experience at SDC... let's just say it took awhile!

we spent all of saturday exploring Silver Dollar City and catching christmas shows, it was beautiful. we ended our day at SDC with their christmas light parade which was a miniature version of disneyworld's electric light parade. the great thing about staying in a condo is that you can grab take out from a  restaurant and then enjoy yourself at home... which is exactly what we did.

what a great weekend with tons of christmas memories made.
