Thanksgiving 2012

we had a fabulous thanksgiving with our family and visited 2 houses. violet had her first experience with the thanksgiving turkey and she was quite pleased with all of the yumminess she got to try.

there was hint of sadness in the air as this was the first holiday without grandpa... grandma even reserved a place for him at the dinner table. this thanksgiving i am thankful that i was able to spend so many thanksgivings with my grandpa and that all of my children had the opportunity to meet him. not everyone is so blessed.
